Results of the ECBE Trend Analysis 2021 on the Drivers and Influencing Factors of the Transformation Processes in the Supervisory Board
For a long time now, there has been much talk about the transformation of supervisory board work. The current debate focuses in particular on the implications of corporate transformation processes, such as digitalisation and corporate sustainability, for supervisory boards and their work. But to what extent are boards already dealing with these issues? And what are the drivers and influencing factors for sustainable supervisory board work? The current ECBE trend analysis of the Governance Perspektives series sheds light on these questions based on a sample of supervisory boards of German listed companies.
